"I got my car service done today and they were asking for additional paid services my doubt is whether engine oil was changed or not also whether they did any damage to the car and they did not wash the car it was dirty they said i can deduct 50 rupees. My humble request dont get your car serviced from this workshop infact gomechaic is third class so are there vendors"

Despite having a comprehensive service plan and Miles membership, they focused only on selling additional paid services instead of doing the actual service. When I refused those extras, they didn’t perform the included services properly. After my complaint, the garage admitted they had skipped multiple tasks like tyre rotation, wheel alignment etc. I even doubt whether the engine oil was changed at all."

"the worst services by team go machenic at noida sector 63 None of us should choose the option of pickup & drop, the engine oil was not replaced break oil air/ fuel filter was not even cleaned coolant was not even open however got a call to replace other parts which were working and which are still working fine, when i denied the approval to replace it, they said in just after 15 minutes that service has been done. i felt something no good so i visited at my regular garage where i saw the condition which was really shocking still one best thing they did, cleaning from inside and outer body was done perfectly, thanks for the only service done by them against the package taken for full service"
